This place is amazing. After the young locksmith at the counter was unable to make a key that would work for my Chinese “Vespa” – he called up Izzy [the owner]. Even with Izzy’s 55 years of experience, making a key that would work took several attempts. Most other places would have just sent me away. Izzy never gave up. He was able to customize a key, cutting it down and shaping it in a really creative way. Even if his efforts did not produce a working key – I would have posted a good review.

Izzy did not give up. He made it work. He looked really cute sitting on the pink scooter too!

This company is great!! The locksmith that came was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and very reliable . He ordered a part for our front door lock and promised to have it the next day. True to his work he came back as promised and completed the job!!!!!!

My front door lock literally got stuck and wouldn’t work even with my key. I have a month old baby and now the door won’t lock. Called American Lock and Key and within 20min they came to my house and changed the key cylinder and other internal components, Doron was the tech that came out he was very honest he showed me all the broken parts and explained everything he was doing.
